What's Your Magic?

What's Your Magic?

Feeling like you’re just going through the motions to live is all too familiar.

You wake up every morning, get the kids ready for school, get yourself ready to go to work, come home, etc.

But have you ever sat down and wondered if you could have more? Do more?

If so, then you are taking the first step toward discovering what your purpose is.

What your Magic is.

What Magic Do We Have?

The magic you have is what you’re here on Earth to do. Everyone has it!

You may be wondering what that purpose is. It can be anything. But more importantly, it’s what comes naturally to you.

For example, some people are fantastic artists. Others are great with crunching numbers. While others still are great at connecting with people.

There is something in all of us that, if properly used, can make a tremendous impact for others and in turn impact your life.

Not sure what your purpose is? You’re not alone. Most people get so tied up in their day to day routines that they lose sight of the magic in themselves.

What that being said, here’s some steps you can take to help you pull out what makes you a unique powerhouse.

How To Draw The “Magic” Out

Before we get into the practical steps you can take to flesh out your God-given gift, you need to know what you want first.

This means what you want in your professional and personal life. Once you have a clear vision of what that looks like, you’re ready to discover your magic and put it to use.

Here are some steps to get that process started.

  1. Find a quiet place and take some time to write down the things you enjoy most.
  2. Listen to friends and family. When they mention something you’re good at, they most likely see something that you may be missing.
  3. Brainstorm the different ways that your passion or craft can be of service to others.

Once you find out what you’re passionate about and can use it to serve others, the magic truly begins!

Why It Matters For Personal Growth

By discovering what you’re good at, you can then prepare to build yourself up in skills and make the most of your purpose.

You may think that it only matters when finding a new line of work or signing up new clients, but it actually goes deeper than that.

By honing your skills and giving your best to serve others, you begin to bring to yourself the life you truly desire.

Think about it.

By building yourself up in skills, you do the following…

  • Become more valuable to your employer/clients
  • Develop resilience as you overcome challenges
  • Improve your ability to communicate with people
  • Have new experiences

By doing the above, you build your income. With more income, you can…

  • Live in the home you’ve always wanted
  • Drive the car you truly want, not what you feel you can afford
  • Take trips around the country and across the world
  • Have new experiences

In Conclusion

It’s nice to know that pursuing your passion in a productive manner can help you to create the life you want.

All you have to do is put in the work.

Remember,

Power Moves. Keep Moving!
